If you live outside of one of our associates coverage area then your washing machine pickup will cost you a fuel fee of 25 dollars. The normal coverage area is a radius of 15 miles. Now if you have a appliance and a dryer then we can travel up to 20 miles for $35. Please note that your pickup is still $35, we are just charging you for the fuel of going out of our coverage area. For three heavy appliances we can travel 30 miles $35 of charge. Please note that other fees may apply as in situations stated below.
If your appliances are located upstairs or in the basement then we will have to charge you a fee of 25 dollars per appliance that needs to be picked up. This small fee helps to cover the cost of strenuous labor for washing machine pickup. Please note that removing appliances from upstairs or out of the basement can cause damage to your walls or stairs casing. To help minimize this damage please make sure that your appliances are situated on ground level. This will also erase your 25 to 50 dollar appliance removal fee for extracting appliances from upstairs or in the basement.

As with any profession, things happen sometimes that make the job take a little longer than expected. For this reason, you should make sure that all of your appliances are disconnected in order to expedite your washing machine pickup appointment. Please have all obstructions moved out of the way and make sure that there are no clothes or items left inside the appliance or dryer.

We accept all makes and models of heavy appliances whether they are in working condition or not. There is not need to clean up these appliances either. We cannot accept a dish washer by itself.
